Lady Julis92 After analyzing the situation I've come to the conclusion that the reason you can't collect gold, has something to do with the mobile app. So since you are using mobile I want to you to notice that at the bottom of the screen, (or at least on my mobile it does) there is a button that says desktop. By clicking that you should be able to access the main board, while being mobile. This should solve your problem.

No it still doesn't work. So my solution for you until you get a desktop computer is simple. As a staff member you get paid monthly. So as long as you stay active you'll receive more money than anyone (besides me.) If I remember correctly I set the Rooks for 1500 and the Bishops for 2000, and since you're both you'll get 3500.

You end up this way because you said you wanted to be a rook. So I made you the leader of the rooks which promoted you to bishop level. So that's how you get it.
