I just want to clarify a brief overview of what you are confused with.
I have branched of the Ministry into different sections. Each section as a specific admin/primary global mod.
The Ministry of Order is run by the globals.
The Ministry of Light is run by the julis92.
The Ministry of Power is run by ( not determined )
The Ministry of Darkness is run by atb.
The Ministry of Chaos is run by the notorious Doctor Z.
