Constitution of the Ministry

We, the people, form the democratic union that is The Ministry. Herein these, the days of the king, days we the people should come together for the perfect harmony amongst ourselves. We do this in order to form an equal assurance towards domestic equality, fair judgment, equal rights towards the people, and for the common welfare distributed towards all members in hopes of the permanent lack of discrimination towards the people.
This constitution towards the general welfare of all men on this site is to be held in the highest esteem as it would nullify all principalities of a lack of self-governing rules upon which radicals and rouges will be discredited. This constitution is to be held accountable for the members of www.ministryinc.boards.net as the excellent level of execution of common voting laws and rules among members of this site. This constitution creates a separation from the oppressive, hypocritical rule of Vizzed Board by allowing members to select in common goals passed upon the majority of votes towards one single person as opposed to a whole allowing members to determine the ruling power among them with the only exemption being that I, the king, am inclined to determine who is granted the title(s) of Chancellor, Bishop, and Rook by popular vote and consent of already in power officials.
Based upon the rules subjugated within The Ministry’s bylaws, this constitution enforces the principle of morality and deems all rules enforced by codes decided in the constitution. Whereby, in such case, any new laws must be passed and added as a direct part of this, the constitution, in order for us, the higher branches to enforce them properly and in place. Therefore, the new rule quota is as followed:
Concepts by which The Ministry Follows
In accordingance to the new site rules thread made by Odin Zeus Mr. Pace on 2013 February 13, The Ministry hereby acknowledges these rules to be part of this constitution as the basic stepping stones of this site’s consenses. And in such states the rules accordingly below:
Rules
1. Do not spam: Due to the constant complaints as to what spam is, spam will be classified as the inexcusable addition to a thread or shoutbox or chatroom with no intent to place forth effort to expand the material already being discussed and/or the addition of uneffical information pertaining to a topic or number of topics. It is thereby assumed that spam is deemed the unworthy addition of incoherent information, compliances, or words in or out of a sentence to take up space or to make one’s post count larger with no intent to develop good conversation. During competitions, spam is defined by two fifths of an individual’s daily posts being in the same forum board, or thread as opposed to the ideal diversity based upon the normal contendgencies of competition.
2. Do not flame: Flame is defined as a henderence to one’s ability to participate in site activities due to another member’s interference with the exception of a staff member’s banning privilege. Flame can be defined as a direct of indirect insult to member. Flame is also an issue when a member or group of members pursue and individual due to a dislike by starting arguments with that person in any and every instances that member and/or groups of members can.
3. Do not post PORN: Members are not allowed to post any types of explicit material on the site whatsoever. Members are not allowed to post links to porn, nor are they allowed to use provocative words or gestures. Posting any fashion of porn is prohibited unless said otherwise by the king.
4. Be Respectful to all members: I ask that in order for us all to come together for the more perfect goal of a harmonious society that we please give each other the proper respect(s). Respect for one’s fellow man is essential to the growth of our new society. We mustn’t allow indifferences to separate us, but yet we must respect each member’s individuality.
By following a select policy like the one above we can be assured that we gain the opportunity to form a more perfect union. In such laws and other bystanders be made possible through amendments and appeasements for the revisions of this constitution. As for the ordinances that The Ministry’s leaders as well as the voting laws must follow are as stated:
Ordinances
These ordinances are subsequent correspondents to the rules listed above. As stated in the Members levels thread in the Control Panel by Odin Zeus Mr. Pace on 2012 October 21 and the revision posted by Odin Zeus Mr. Pace on 2012 December 29 “When voting […], members get one vote to two votes. Or 1:2 ratio.
This means that a staff members vote is 2 times greater than a members vote. […], But the ratio gets greater.

The Bishops, Chancellor, Legends and King get 5 votes respectfully towards a person. They also have the power to override all other votes. If there is a tie between these member groupings votes, a meeting will be held. And all staff members must attend.” It is upon these voting laws that all unanimous votes are to be cast. Although the king reserves the right to the nullification of any votes cast. In such case upon a pending member’s permanent ban or a permanently banned members return or in any such case of voting debates, the king acts as the high judge, the chancellor acts as the judge, the bishops act as the lower judges, and all other staff the delegates of the jury.
Whereas when opposed to the right to ban, all admins and staff of banning power must adhere to the ban laws posted in the Admin Hall.
It is in this proposal for equal rights among members to distribute the power of this site’s government in such a case that is both fair and proportionately accurate. This concludes the ordinances of the Ministry’s officials.
Democratic Constitutional Equality
While this site is governed in an orderly fashion, this site is dedicated to the people. The Ministry is proequality among members. In such terms the overall power of the site will be divided into two branches. The Executive Branch and The People’s Branch.
The Executive Branch.
The executive branch will consist of the king as the higher authority and the chancellor as the second higher authority and the rest of the site staff members as the legislative representatives and enforces of the decisions and rules agreed upon and stated. The executive branch reserves the power to rescrict the powers of the people’s branch if need be.
The People’s Branch
The members are the greater representatives of the site. With that stated, we grant the right of popular vote and pending approval to be representatives within such causes to the people. The people’s branch is dedicated to the majority of voters polls as the ability to run for positions when ever positions are enlistedly capable of expanding capacity.
It is by these bylaws of traditional democratic notions that the equality of men be held in the hands of the majority rather than the tyranny of one or a few in power. Let us the people come together to regulate our system in good reasoning and in good fellowship with one another. This constitution adheres to the call of man and sees that a bill be made to ensure the domestic equality amongst themselves. Thereby a bill of individual rights made and decided upon under the jurisdiction of the law, which is the rules.
