THESIS: Humans create dangerous situations by manipulating the risk involved, recreating the levels of danger in a sport, and creating dangerous tools for the sport.
I. Human nature is one of war.
A. Violence attracts humans.
1. The greater the blood the better the fun
2. Danger Levels
B. Sport weren’t created to be violent
1. Safety Precautions
2. Origin Sources
II. Humans created dangerous situations by manipulating the risk involved in a sport.
A. A risk is any movement or fashion of or against one’s body which cause muscle reaction.
1. Sports like Hockey and Football have a tendency of being more violent.
2. Competitors risk killing and/or severely injuring each other.
B. Violence is generally accepted and applaud by the audience.
1. Fans come back to hockey for the fighting
2. Spontaneous Fighting enhance the flavor of the sport.
III. Humans recreate the levels of danger in sports.
A. Interestingly, the “primitive” man created most conventions sports without the violence.
1. Stick Ball is less violent than Base Ball
2. Sports were meant for socializing and improving skills.
B. Over the years, many of these primitive sports have been altered or recreated with each revision the danger of said sport was amplified.
1. Base Ball far exceeds Stick Ball in violence
2. Increase in injury.
IV. Humans create various tools to increase the danger of sports
A. Man loves sports and tools and when you mix them man can feed their intense nature and desire for violence.
1. Fencing uses Swords
2. Professional wrestling uses extremely dangerous tools
B. The modern wrestling uses conventional tools to inflict great harm.
1. Mick Foley
2. No tricks to reduce pain felt.
V. As moths must flock unto a flame, so must humans be drawn onto violence and war.
A. The nature of man forbids him from exempting himself from violence.
1. Technological Advances.
2. Increase in risks rates.
B. Sports tends to reflect society, and we live in a violent era.
1. Fighting for Territory
2. War of Hate.
