This is just another little update to let you know how we rank up and what the ranks are. This Thread will also be used to let you know who the current ranks are. This thread will only go over the league officials in detail and touch base lightly on all other league member ranks.
So firstly, How do I rank up?
To rank up within the league you have to stay active and contribute towards the leagues prestige pool. You also have to help your fellow league members regularly. As decided upon by myself and Grand Prince StayRage and Grand Prince TheGoldenArrow, the league will rank you up depending on your attendance, your level, your loyalty to the league, and your prestige count. Promotions will not happen beyond Vanguard level without the permission of the one being promoted.
Now below will be a detailed synopsis of the responsibilities of the League Officials (Admins) and how they are chosen and what the difference is between members of that Rank Group.
King of Gods:
The King of Gods is myself. There is no way to become the King of Gods, lol so don't worry about this too much, but if you want to know my responsibilities well you are reading one of them so yeah lol.
Queen of Gods:
The Empress is a ceremonial ranking. They have equal power to The Host of Heaven and are ceremonially the second highest rank in the league. There is no ranking for the Queen of Gods, so the chosen empress is given the rank of Host of Heaven and is referred to as Queen of Gods.
Gods:
The Gods are the second in command of the entire league. They are over the Host of Heaven and have as much responsibility as the King of Gods himself. The Gods rules from the Central Kingdom though they can be referred for their title and chosen base of operations.
Host of Heaven(s):
The Host of Heaven is the top authority of the league, minus the King of Gods, Queen of Gods, and Gods of course haha. There can be up many at one time, and each Host has a different role in the league but they are all equal in power, neither overstepping the other. Below is a list of the King Titles and Responsibilities:
King of The Northern Kingdom----King of Recruitment
The King of The Northern Kingdom is the head of the Recruitment Department of the league. It is the duty of this King to make sure that league members are recruiting active members. The King is expected to welcome new members, provide them with the league rules and regulations . This King may also select two Grand Dukes that will serve under him or her. The Grand Dukes of the Northern Kingdom are responsible for Recruitment as well as the duties that will be listed under Grand Dukes later down the list.
King of the Southern Kingdom----King of Operations
The King of the Southern Kingdom is the head of the League Operations Department. This title has many responsibilities the most prominent being Disciplinary action. The Duty of this King is to regularly check the league and make sure that all members are active and are active within our activity rules (which will be posted sometime after our next meeting of officials). This King may also select two Grand Dukes that will serve under him or her. Information for these Grand Dukes will be posted below.
King of the Eastern Kingdom------King of Combat
The King of the Eastern Kingdom is the head of the League Combat Department. This title is given to the league member that is most active in on duty missions and helping league members. The duties of this King is to organize and train lower level members to prepare them for post level 30 missions. More Information will be posted about this position when a King of this title is selected. This King may also select two Grand Dukes whose information will be posted when this King is selected as well.
King of the Western Kingdom------King of War
The King of the Western Kingdom is the head of the War Department. This title is given to the strongest of league members in both combat rating and pvp combat rating. The duties of this King are to set up league raid operations and pvp scrimmages and/or pvp wars with other leagues for friendly fire. This King is also in charge of making Vanguard Promotions. This King may also select two Grand Dukes whose responsibilities are generally the same as the King of War
Note: *All Kings are expected to promote level 30 Esquires to the rank of Knight when the Esquire reaches that level*
Kings should not think themselves above the other members of the league. Just maintain a respectful league environment so that everyone feels comfortable with the league and are having fun.
Archangels(s):
The Grand Duke is the leagues support admins if you will. They are chosen by the reigning King, and their responsibilities usually comply with that of the King they serve. Each Grand Duke is allowed to select one Archduke to serve them. I will post just a little bit about the Grand Dukes below:
Grand Dukes of the North Kingdom are responsible for recruitment. They should always be recruiting new members when they aren't doing missions or collecting info tokens etc. There can be differences between the two Grand Dukes depending on what their King elects them as.
Grand Dukes of the South Kingdom are responsible for basic league maintenance such as making sure league members are active, kicking members that break the league rules, and removing deleted toons and/or members that are not active within the allowed activity window. There can be differences between the two Grand Duke depending on what their King elects them as.
Grand Dukes of the East Kingdom are responsible for training lower leveled members and getting them to level 30 as soon as possible. These Grand Dukes should be those that enjoy helping lower leveled members and don't mind doing the same low level missions over and over again. There can be differences between the two Grand Dukes depending on what their King elects them as.
Grand Dukes of the West Kingdom are responsible for training level 30 members of low CR and introducing them to the On Duty system and how it works. The two Grand Dukes are separated in this department. One deals with Combat Rating, and the Other deals with PVP Combat Rating. The King will determine which Grand Dukes does what according to your interest.
Angels:
Dukes are the leagues basic moderation. They are responsible for most the task the archdukes and grand princes do however they are expected to do so more frequently. Dukes follow in the footsteps of the Archduke that selects them. So there is no further need to explain what they do.
Crown Princes(essess):
Crowned Princes or Princesses are the basic noble rank. They are given their title by an Grand Prince or The King or Queen. They have the power to remove members and should generally follow the rules of the Duke class. However they do not have very many responsibilities, though they are required to show at league meetings when possible.
Demigod:
The Royal Vanguard is a special class of warrior. They are very trusted members of the league and are few in number as opposed to even Archdukes and Dukes. Each Crowned Prince, Grand Prince, Queen, and King may have one personal Royal Vanguard to serve as their personal security. The Royal Vanguard is usually seen with or around the royal family member that they serve.
