The titles of Trusted Member, and Elite Member are simply honorary titles, as they are not in the chain of command.
CHAIN OF COMMAND, FROM TOP TO BOTTOM:
-OWNER
-CHIEF ADMINISTRATOR
-ADMINISTRATORS
-GLOBAL MODERATOR
-MODERATORS
-SITE STAFF

The Thing with Elites and Trusted members are as stated.
Elites have access to the sites new features before even Site Staff.
Elites have special boards that they can post on.
Trusted members have to ability to make layouts( when layouts making comes online)
Trusted members have special boards that they can post on.
Trusted Members can not access boards that are Strictly for the elites. While the Elites can access all Trusted member feats., they however can not access all Site Staff feats. The list goes on in command with the Chief and the Owner Able to view all boards.

Elites and Trusted may be able to view certain boards, however they are not in the chain of command.
