Feel free to post routines,
I used to work out 3x a week, but haven't been to the gym recently.
I plan on starting back quite soon though.

I too used to work out several times a week. I would focus on weightlifting 3 days out of the week. I would then do weighted martial arts training after each session. I would finish the day with a 12 lab walk, jog, run, and sprint. But like the Chief, I have slacked and need to get back on course.

I used to run around my elementary school for about an hour, but I stopped that about 2 years ago.

I havent done any exercise since High School, and its been 3 years already!! I'm not skinny or fat, just average, and I really want to loose some fat around my belly, and my thighs and get some muscle in there. Any ideas of home workouts you guys can tell me? PLEASE

Okay. I have come up with something. To clear fat around the stomach often called the muffin top. It is best to do ab exercises. I suggest twist and sit ups, as for the legs part. Walking is always the best method. Not only will it help your legs but also your stomach.

I now have a tough work out regimen. I workout 6 hours a day. 2 of those 6 hours are dedicated to my physical body. The rest is dedicated to my mental and emotional state of mind. I also train my spirit through the word of God. While it may seem farfetched for me to train that much and still have energy to post and stay up this late, but I just have a great amount of energy, and when my body reaches it's limit I let it rest for a while before starting again.
